aura I strode in, my appendages carrying my crystalline physique across the sandy landscape as my oculars scanned my surroundings. I noticed how dark the beach was even the moonlight seemed dim in the black of night. It made shivers run down my spine but I rather enjoyed the unknown of darkness it gave me such curiosity. I wandered if I meet any here, so far the beach and every place else seemed deserted. I was so bored of traveling around not seeing another canine for days. I had seen others and had conversations with them but more of just passing by. I was finally ready to find a pack and have friends maybe parents but I wasn’t sure if I was too old yet or if I’d like anyone who would want me. All I knew was that I was bored out of my mind and I was ready to swim. One of the only things consist with me when I transformed was my love for the water and I definitely loved the beach waves.
My limbs moved in a sort of lope toward the water. My violet orbs weren’t wide with excitement but they held a sign of contentment. When close enough to the aqua I leaped into the shallow depths of the lake. When a wave came closer I hurried and decided to charge toward it. Of course the wave being more powerful I was submerged and somersaulted under the surface; a total wipe out. Once the wave passed my cranium raised above the surface and I gasped for air. My oculars scanned my surroundings then my mind was filled with the thought of what I looked like out in the waves with only my ivorn façade, covered in its violet markings, sticking out of the water.

Llingn My bod glides effortlessly across the sandy beach, my fur a milky white, clashing with the blacker background. A little wind pushes against me from the north, and I make my steps push even harder into the ground, my pace methodic and even. In the dark my purple eyes don't see as clearly as they should, and the sand looks like mud in my eyes. The lake's water looks as dark as oil, tiny waves splashing atop its surface. I cock my head. The waves are high tonight, this windy night, as though my vision is blurred they seem to be reaching past two feet. Hmm. My big paws stride foreword a little faster, uncharacteristically of my Mooner form. Usually it tends to slow, if anything. But there is a dog by the waters edge. I hadn't noticed her before, the wind blowing in the wrong direction to detect her scent, but there she is all the same. She must be a Mooner, like myself. Her fur is laced with purple ovals, encircling parts of her body like rope. Tisk. I bet even her optics have a purple tinge. My heartbeat increases, as the other female takes her first steps into the water, my head pounds, and a flicker of a vision takes its place.
____________________________________________ The dog starts to swim, and a wave over takes her, spinning her under in cartwheels and spins.... ____________________________________________ I gasp and swear under my chest, for my vision has not supplied me with enough information, as often happens. The dog is now almost fully in the water, and I know that a warning a should give her. "The wind is harsh, and the waves are high! Be careful!" But, alas, my call is lost on the wind, and she ventures farther into the water. A curse stains my tongue once more, as I am forced to run to the waters edge. If the time was any different, I would have loved the excuse to take a romp, but in my night state, I despise it with all my heart. But it is necessary. Finally, I reach the waters edge, just in time for the poor dog to be over taken by the waves, just as I had seen. Drat! This time I just bark without words, and it comes out anxious and worried. Hopefully the dog is not harmed. Ah, her white head escapes the oily black liquid that surrounds her, and she gasps for air. I chuckle humorlessly at the stupidity of my useless vision, for the dog is safe and unharmed. But the waves are still high. I see her purple optics swivel around, looking. My milky white fur, flying around my body in the increasing wind, probably gives me the appearance of a ghost. Hopefully she shall not give way to such unrealistic thoughts of the super natural. Maybe she will come ashore to safety. And as much as I am a loner, I have a heart, and I hope she is all right. [/size] OOC;; Word Count: 520 Comments: Yea Beach!
